Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Studio OS — Portrait Pro, Passport Pro, and Culling Pro (together, the "Service") — operated by Beyond Imagination Studios, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Studio OS is

Studio OS is a set of tools for photography studios: photo retouching and editing (Portrait Pro), passport/visa photo compliance cropping (Passport Pro), and shoot culling, burst grouping, and color matching (Culling Pro). It is provided as a paid, browser-based service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at beyondimagestudios@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of every photo you upload. We don't claim any rights to your images beyond what's needed to run the Service (storing them, processing them through our editing/culling tools, and returning the results to you). We do not use your photos to train any model, and we do not share them with third parties except where the Service itself requires it (for example, payment processing does not involve your photos at all).

You're responsible for having the right to upload and edit the photos you use with the Service — including any consents required from the people photographed, particularly for Passport Pro submissions to government or visa authorities.

4. Plans and payment

Studio OS is offered as a monthly subscription (₹999/month, cancel anytime) or a yearly subscription (₹6,999/year, cancel anytime). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to upload or process content you don't have the rights to.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use Passport Pro's compliance output as a legal guarantee — always verify against the destination country's current requirements before submission; we aim for accuracy but rules change and we can't guarantee acceptance by every authority.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that affects access.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses relating to a passport photo being rejected by an authority or a culled shoot missing a photo you expected to be kept.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
