This Privacy Policy explains what information Studio OS — operated by Beyond Imagination Studios, India — collects when you use Portrait Pro, Passport Pro, or Culling Pro, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• The photos you upload — for editing, culling, or passport-compliance processing. This can include images of other people (your clients or their guests).
• Usage data — basic technical logs (like request timestamps) needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
• Payment status — whether your plan is active and its type. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details; those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Support messages — if you contact us through the support form, we store your name, email, and message so we can reply.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to run the Service: processing and returning your edited/culled photos, keeping your account secure, remembering your plan status, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train any machine learning model.

3. Where your photos live

Uploaded photos and the shoots you create are stored on our hosting infrastructure, tied to your account. Deleting a shoot inside the app removes its photos from our storage. We don't share your photos with anyone else, including other Studio OS users.

4. Third parties we rely on

• Razorpay — processes your payments. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs the card/bank details you give them directly.
• Our hosting provider — stores the application and your data on servers we control access to.

We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the Service.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and shoot data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your stored photos and personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep limited records (e.g. payment records) for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by writing to beyondimagestudios@gmail.com. You can also delete individual shoots yourself directly inside the app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (password hashing, access-controlled storage, HTTPS) to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for professional photographers and studios, not for use by children. We don't knowingly collect account information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
